100 Du’s (RX+) / 200 Singles (RX)

100 Calories Airdyne

100 Du’s (RX+) / 200 Singles (RX)

Run 1 Mile

Both partners will run the Beginning and end Mile together. The Du’s and Calories can be broken up any way you like.
