Every 2 Minutes For 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

Set 1. 5 Back Squats @ 65%

Set 2. 4 Reps @ 70%

Set 3. 3 Reps @ 75%

Set 4. 2 Reps @ 80%

Set 5. 1 Rep @ 85%

Set 6. 1 Rep @ 90%

Set 7. 1 Rep @ 95%+

Set 8. 1 Rep @ 95%++

Metcon (Time)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Dumbbell Thrusters (45lbs/25lbs)

Push-ups

Row 100m after each round
