Every Minute for 18 Minutes

Minute 1. 2/1 Rope Climbs

Minute 2. 12 Push Press @ 105lbs/75lbs

Minute 3. 25 Second hanging L-Sit

Do your best to keep pace for as long as possible, scale reps down as needed
