Deadlift

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

Set 1. 10 Deadlifts @ 60%

Set 2. 8 Deadlifts @ 70%

Set 3. 6 Deadlifts @ 75%

Set 4. 4 Deadlifts @ 80%

Set 5. 2 Deadlifts @ 85%

Set 6-8. 1 Deadlift @ 90%+, working up to today’s 1RM

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets) for times:

12/10 Calories on the Rower

5 Deadlifts @ 225/155 (RX+ 275lbs/185lbs)

10/8 Ring Dips (RX+ 15/12)

Rest for the remainder of the set and record time.
