Work up to a heavy Power Clean Double (2 x Reps)

Suggested loads 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%,, 85%, 90% of 1RM Clean

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
