Set 1. 4 Reps @ 80%

Set 2. 3 Reps @ 85%

Set 3. 2 Reps @ 90%

Set 4. 4 Reps @ 85%

Set 5. 3 Reps @ 90%

Set 6. 2 Reps @ 95%

CrossFit Games Open 11.2 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15-Minute AMRAP of:
9 Deadlifts, 155# / 100#
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps, 24″ / 20″
