Set 1. 5 Reps @ 75%

Set 2. 3 Reps @ 80%

Set 3. 3 Reps @ 85%

Set 4. 2 Reps @ 90%

Set 5. 1 Rep @ 95%

Set 6. 1 Rep @ 100%

Set 7-8 1 Rep @ 101%+

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

10 Toe to Bars

10 Hand Stand Pushups (Pike-Pushups)

10 Jump Squats

6 Line Sprints
