8 Rounds of 30 seconds of each movement (4 Rounds of each movement per partner). No Break between rounds, switch every 30 seconds and record number of reps for each round. No Break between movements. Complete all 8 rounds before switching movements.

8 Rounds Of Max Sit-ups

8 Rounds Of Max Box Jump Overs (24’/20′)

8 Rounds Of Max 20ft Line Sprints

8 Rounds Of Max Power Snatch (75lbs/55lbs)

If doing Burpees Each one counts as 2 Du’s
