Every Minute for 12 Minutes Complete:

1 Snatch (95lbs/65lbs) (RX+ 135lbs/95lbs)

2 Overhead Squats (95lbs/65lbs) (RX+ 135lbs/95lbs)

3 Handstand Pushups (Scale as Needed)

4 Jump Squats (RX+ Pistols)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Sets:

100m Sprint.

Rest 2 Minutes between sprints.
