150 Box Jumps (24/20)

and then

150 Wallballs (20lbs/14lbs)

One partner running 400m at all times.

One partner runs while the other works, keep switching until the 150 Box Jumps are done, then switch to Wall Balls. Rinse and repeat until all 300 reps are done.
