Front Squat

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes

Set 1. 6 Reps @ 70%

Set 2. 4 Reps @ 75%

Set 3. 2 Reps @ 80%

Set 4. 2 Reps @ 85%

Set 5. 1 Rep @ 90%

Set 6. 1 Rep @ 95%

Set 7 and 8. 1 Rep @ 95%+

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

2 Squat Cleans (135lbs/95lbs)

10 Pullups

4 Squat Cleans

10 Pullups

6 Squat Cleans

10 Pullups

8 Squat Cleans

etc..

etc…
