For Time:

Accumulate 10,000lbs Ground to Overhead with either the Snatch or Clean and Jerk or any combination of both. Choose 1 weight, ie 50lbs for 200 lifts, or 100lbs for 100 lifts etc etc.

Men: 10,000lbs RX

7,500lbs Scaled

Woman: 7,500lbs RX

5,000lbs Scaled
