Metcon (No Measure)

On the Minute every minute:

perform 1 lift then add 10lb men

5lbs Ladies

Start with an empty barbell

SNATCH until failure.

Once you cannot snatch the weight, CLEAN until failure.

Once you cannot clean the weight, DEADLIFT until failure.
