Front Squat

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes (8 Sets)

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70-75%

*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80-85%

*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

Sets 4-8 – 3 reps @ 80-85%

20 Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch 45lbs/25lbs

30 Chest to Bar Pullups

40 Box Jumps (24’/20′)

30 Chest to Bar Pullups

20 Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
