Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes

1 x Overhead Squat (Suggested loads, , 65% 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%++)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Box Jumps (24’/20′)

5 Front Squats (135lbs/95lbs)

5 Shoulder to Overhead (135lbs/95lbs)

10 Deadlifts (135lbs/95lbs)

All Lifts from the Floor.
