Work up to today’s heaviest possible set

Work off of lowest 1RM between Clean and Jerk (Suggested Loads, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%,90%++)

Metcon (12 Rounds for reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:

3 Power Cleans (165/110 lbs)

5 Ring Dips/Push ups

7 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
