Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes

Bench Press x 3 reps

Set 1-3 75% of 1RM

Set 4-6 85%

Set 7-8 90%

Set 9-10 95%+

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 Rounds

3 Minutes of Max Kettlebell swings @ 73lbs/53lbs

2 minute rest

3 Minutes of Max Wallballs @ 30lbs/20lbs

2 minute rest
