Minute 3. 10 V-Ups

Minute 4. 10 Pushups

Front Squat

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes ( 8 sets )

2 x Front Squats @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 95%+
