Every Minute for 20 Minutes

Minute 1: 10 Toe to Bar

Minute 2: 10 Hand Release Pushups

Minute 3. 15 Situps

Minute 4. Rest

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

60 Thrusters 95lbs/65lbs (135lbs/95lbs RX+)

At the start of every minute, do 3 Burpees.
