*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 50% of 1-RM

*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60%

*Set 3 – 8 reps @ 75%

*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 85%

*Set 5 – 4 reps @ 90%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

1 Deadlift @ 80% of 1-RM

2 Man Makers (45lbs/25lbs)

4 Reverse Step Lunges with Dumbbells

6 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

8 Wallballs (20lbs/14lbs)
